Schedule I Update v0.2.7 Overhauls Mixing and Adds New Effects
Schedule I version 0.2.7 rewrites the mixing algorithm for logical consistency, introduces four new effects, and adds barbershop and tattoo parlour interiors. Existing mix recipes remain compatible with the updated system.
Developer Tyler has released Schedule I version 0.2.7, bringing a total rewrite of the mixing system alongside new status effects, map features, and customer behavior updates.
Mixing Algorithm Rework
The mixing system no longer relies on arbitrary numbers to transform effects. The new logic defines similarities between effects to make mixing more predictable while preserving existing player recipes. Ingredient detection in the mixing station bowl is also improved.
New Effects and Ingredients
Four new effects are now available: paranoia, sneaky, disorienting, and spicy. The update also introduces a new ingredient and improves several existing effects.
World and UI Additions
Players can visit new barbershop and tattoo parlour interiors, equip overalls in the character creator, and adjust camera bob settings. Product names now generate deterministically so everyone gets identical suggestions for identical ingredient combinations.
Quality of Life and Bug Fixes
NPCs Anna and Peggy have distinct visual appearances, and offline networking transport has changed. Demo boundaries are now one-way to prevent players from getting permanently stuck outside playable areas. Customers can no longer receive new deals while waiting for an active deal to finish. Fixes address distorted ragdolls, missing impact sounds, vehicle ground glitching, and map view inconsistencies.
Why this patch matters
Version 0.2.7 brings more logical consistency to crafting while expanding customisation options and squashing technical bugs.
