Schedule I Patch v0.2.1 Overhauls Co-Op Open Beta Stability

The first open beta patch for Schedule I co-op introduces character presets, a curfew warning, and numerous desync fixes.

Schedule I launches its first major co-op open beta patch, addressing a broad spectrum of multiplayer desync issues, visual fidelity tweaks, and quality-of-life additions for players testing the multiplayer mode.

Multiplayer Desync and State Fixes

A large batch of bug fixes addresses how non-host clients interact with the game world. Product prices now sync correctly, supplier debt payments function as intended for non-host players, and the mixing station platform properly raises for clients. Time of day replication issues, random item drops, and invite acceptance loops are also corrected.

World and Character Additions

Players gain access to six new character creator presets and a new 'I'm stuck' option in the pause menu to teleport out of geometry traps. The world now features Beth as a non-customer NPC, a 30-minute curfew warning, road cracks, and wheel LODs. Morning fog density is increased.

Interface and Gameplay Adjustments

Deal completion interfaces receive a new layout. Player name labels are disabled on dead players. Various fixes stop NPCs from pushing players inside the motel, prevent TV breakages during use, and ensure demo boundary checkpoints lower correctly for vehicles.

Why this patch matters

Version 0.2.1 establishes a much more stable foundation for the co-op beta by tackling foundational replication errors and adding essential quality-of-life safeguards.
