War Thunder Update 2.43.0.63 Fixes Sound Glitches and T-34 Damage

War Thunder update 2.43.0.63 resolves sound loops, T-34 upper glacis fragmentation issues, and visual bugs across aircraft, ground vehicles, and ship water graphics.

Gaijin Entertainment has deployed War Thunder update 2.43.0.63, addressing community bug reports concerning vehicle damage models, graphical clipping, interface stretching, and audio loops.

Ground Vehicles and Aircraft

T-34 variants receive a fix where armor penetration at the upper glacis plate joints failed to form fragments. Aircraft updates fix a bug that shifted the sound condensation effect forward into the cockpit near the speed of sound, resolved HMD interface visibility issues during camera rotations, and corrected third-person camera collisions passing through tunnel ceilings.

Interface and Graphics Corrections

Scope range markers do not stretch vertically when zoomed in. Reticle parameter text size settings apply correctly, and the Ready to Fire indicator stops blinking when firing autocannons. Graphical fixes resolve dark water areas around player ships, twitching suspension elements on destroyed vehicles, and flickering when switching views with Ultra-Low Quality enabled.

Audio Improvements

An audio bug that played the flap extension sound continuously when attempting to deploy them at unsafe speeds is fixed. Replays do not suffer from intermittent jet engine nozzle movement sounds.

Why this patch matters

Update 2.43.0.63 delivers bug fixes that clean up audio loops, interface stretching, and T-34 damage consistency.
