Wandering Sword Update Fixes Quest Blocks, Stat Debuffs, and Combat Skills
Wandering Sword receives a bug-fix update resolving progression blocks for inherited manuals, incorrect stat debuffs, and broken skill cooldowns. The patch also fixes camera angles during healing and corrects several typos.
A new Wandering Sword patch addresses multiple long-standing issues affecting quests, skill behaviors, and combat combos. The fixes correct several progression bugs and unintended debuff interactions.
Quest and Progression Fixes
Players who inherited the Elusive Liuyao Swordplay manual can now trigger the option to learn Liuyao Swordplay or spar with Ye Fei inside the cave. The Crimson Blade Mastery passive effect now correctly counts kills toward its quest objective, and several typos are corrected.
Combat and Skill Fixes
The Polearm Bane debuff now correctly reduces Polearm Mastery instead of Saber Mastery. The Qi Deprivation and Star Absorption Force skill 80% charge reduction now works properly in all situations. Equipping both Mountain Crush and Animitta Finger Strikes no longer causes other skills' cooldowns to increase incorrectly when triggering the combo effect. Additionally, combo attacks, extra movement actions, and additional actions are no longer interrupted by other actions, and a camera angle bug during Bibo School healing has been fixed.
Why this patch matters
This patch clears out frustrating roadblocks tied to specific skill books, incorrect debuff scaling, and broken combat triggers.
