TerraScape RISE Patch 2.1.0.1 Notes

TerraScape RISE patch 2.1.0.1 adds handcrafted weekly challenges, scroll buttons for large player hands, merge animation polish, and numerous bug fixes.

TerraScape receives RISE Patch 2.1.0.1, introducing quality-of-life adjustments for multiplayer lobbies, user interface additions, and fixes for scenario progression.

User Interface and Quality of Life

Handcrafted weekly challenges are now live. Players holding more cards than their hand space allows will see new scroll buttons, complete with sound effects for all in-game scroll elements. Merged Building Great Plazas receive new build-up animations, and the Gods Plaza services and rewards now bridge the gap between the Dromos and Kenbet by replacing the Shrine layout.

Multiplayer and Lobby Fixes

Ancient Egypt multiplayer lobbies no longer suffer from map preview inconsistencies between hosts and clients. Coop games will not incorrectly display game over screens at the start. Long text wrapping issues in the lobby map selection list are also resolved.

Scenario and DLC Corrections

The Ancient Egypt DLC achievement Complete Book 1 now unlocks retrospectively if already completed. Locked scenarios can no longer be started prematurely, and goal and locked icon offsets in main menu descriptions are corrected. German localization for the Kenbet is fixed, and missing unlock condition texts are restored. Medieval scenario 5 no longer soft locks due to a missing side quest.

Building and Resource Fixes

Rotating or cycling variants of evolving buildings in the Ancient Egypt DLC no longer causes them to fall back to default levels. The Bazaar and Farmhand Camp can no longer be placed on the Nileside biome. Undoing a Clay Pit merge now correctly restores the Clay resource asset. Deck tooltips no longer persist when using keyboard shortcuts rapidly, and missing deck previews for certain quests are restored.

Why this patch matters

Patch 2.1.0.1 addresses frustrating scenario progression locks, multiplayer synchronization bugs, and interface oversights in TerraScape.
