TerraScape DAWN Update Brings Wetlands, Multiplayer Saves, and Five New Scenarios

TerraScape receives a major content update introducing the Wetlands deck, cooperative and versus save states, five new scenarios, and extensive quality-of-life additions.

The DAWN update for TerraScape arrives with a new biome deck, multiplayer quality-of-life tools, and fresh scenarios designed to test building strategies.

Multiplayer Saves and Rejoins

Co-op and versus sessions now support save and load functionality. Players who experience unexpected disconnections can rejoin active matches using the new rejoin mechanic. The lobby interface and host screen feature updated UI layouts alongside a built-in event log.

Wetlands Deck and Merged Buildings

The new Wetlands deck introduces four structures: the Herbalist, Reed Cutter, Peat Digger, and Rush Weaver. Five merged buildings also join the build pool, including the Ropery, Sanctuary, Henge, City Park, and Pond Farm. Three additional Keep tiers extend progression up to level 8.

Scenarios and Progression

Five new scenarios offer distinct objectives and maps. Kingdom Mode adds three additional deck levels with retroactive unlocks, while early-game setups now grant access to four starting decks instead of two. Custom settings allow hosts to accelerate progression or disable legendary cards.

Visuals and Quality of Life

Blueprints can now be colorized for better organization. A cliff highlight overlay improves terrain visibility, and terrain generation algorithms have been reworked for smoother map creation.

Why this patch matters

The DAWN update adds robust multiplayer session management, save states, and significant content expansion for solo builders.
