Slotbound v0.4.0 Update Adds the Jester and Stage 2

Slotbound update v0.4.0 adds the Jester unit, Stage 2 Deep Cave, Faction Synergies, an Awakening system, and item reworks.

Slotbound has received v0.4.0, introducing foundational systems and shifting its Early Access release date.

New Units and Stages

A Special-rarity unit named the Jester joins the roster as a rare drop. Stage 2, titled Deep Cave, is now playable up through Normal difficulty.

System Reworks and Additions

A Faction Synergy system launches in beta, paired with an Awakening system. The item system undergoes a complete rework with new items added. Trait random options are rebalanced with new choices, and official keyboard and controller support is integrated.

Localization and Early Access Update

Localization support expands with French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, German, Spanish, Polish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Slotbound will launch in Early Access on November 10 rather than releasing as a full version.
