Ratatan Update 4 Adds World 2 and Kamonelo
Ratatan Update 4 expands the closed beta with World 2, the Kamonelo character, wand cobuns, and numerous balance adjustments.
Update 4 for Ratatan arrives with World 2, a new playable character, expanded squad sizes, and extensive combat and crafting tweaks.
New Content and Characters
World 2 introduces Yeehawler Mountain and its boss, Wagoon, which summons Bessoons and burrows underground. Kamonelo joins the roster, entering fights with Assault and Magical cobuns. A new wand-range cobun class also arrives, featuring attacks that scale with Ratakaruta attributes.
Combat and Rhythm Adjustments
Players can now move during rhythm commands outside of performance motions. The maximum cobun limit increases from 6 to 9. Guard command damage reduction increases, and guard states now prevent knockback. Enemy ranged attacks from Pointy Chief and Pinchy now display target markers.
Crafting and Quality of Life
Weapon crafting weapon leveling grants more experience at level 1. Boss materials are removed from the Exchanger to preserve them as drops from defeated bosses. The rhythm command UI now displays skill options on the composition screen, and the fourth beat marker is removed from the rhythm gauge.
