No Such Place Update 0.7.1-7 Tweaks Stowed Gear and Safehouses
The latest 0.7.1-7 update for No Such Place increases item stack limits, adds missing equipment attributes, and ensures safehouse crates retain custom names after upgrading. It also fixes mesh clipping in specific forest and freezer locations alongside minor audio and recipe corrections.
A new optimization and fix patch has arrived for No Such Place, designated version 0.7.1-7. This update targets inventory management, safehouse facility mechanics, and persistent map clipping issues.
Items and Equipment
Item stack limits have been increased across a selection of goods. Missing attributes are now properly assigned to specific pieces of equipment, correcting previous display errors. Stowed items that appeared out of place or failed to render properly have been addressed, though developers note that further visual improvements for stowed gear are still planned.
Safehouses and Missions
Safehouse facilities now correctly read existing structures when missions require building new safehouse amenities or adding items to research tables. Upgrading safehouse crates will no longer strip away custom names. Mission item acquisition methods and the crafting recipe for Green Essence have both been corrected.
Map and Audio Adjustments
Clipping errors affecting Lab Cloth in the Forest and Burning Grove regions have been fixed, along with search point clipping inside the Freezer at 88 Whitegate Avenue. On the audio side, main menu background music volume has been reduced, and a fix has been applied to prevent audio spikes during melee attacks.
Why this patch matters
Version 0.7.1-7 provides essential backend corrections for item stacking and safehouse facility recognition while smoothing out minor environment clipping.
