No More Room in Hell 2 Reinforcement Update Targets Bugs and Zombie Behavior
The upcoming Reinforcement Update for No More Room in Hell 2 focuses on quality-of-life improvements, hundreds of bug fixes, and zombie behavior tweaks.
No More Room in Hell 2 is receiving its Reinforcement Update next week, targeting core gameplay issues and squashing hundreds of live bugs.
Zombie Behavior and Combat Fixes
The developers have overhauled zombie interactions to eliminate erratic movement bugs. Downed zombies will no longer get back up while skipping animations, zombies will no longer pop into existence directly in front of responders, and fire-affected zombies will no longer display interaction widgets. Other fixes stop zombies from sliding on their bellies, teleporting during grab attacks, or exhibiting delayed responses to explosions.
New Equipment and Map Objectives
Players gain access to two new weapons: the M7A1 assault rifle and the M1911A1 handgun. The update also introduces an alternate ending objective for the Power Plant map and additional Responder Skills.
Difficulty and Core Adjustments
The patch delivers a significant difficulty balance overhaul designed to smooth out the moment-to-moment survival experience during Early Access.
Why this patch matters
By prioritizing bug fixes and core refinements over major new content drops, this patch aims to stabilize the foundational experience of the early access shooter.
