Mythfall Patch v0.0.32 Adds Player Housing, Crafting Stations, and Inventory Management Tweaks
Mythfall patch v0.0.32 introduces plot-based player housing, offline-capable crafting resources, and adjusted hotkey stacks. The update also scales sword strength and changes high-level potion drops.
Mythfall has received its v0.0.32 update, bringing major additions to base building, crafting systems, and inventory organization. Developer notes warn that the scale of the patch may necessitate a rollback if critical bugs emerge.
Player Housing and Crafting Plots
Players can claim a plot of land for housing located directly east of the bank. Existing NPC shop upgrades transfer automatically into the new residence, and residents receive a free workbench for block crafting. Crafting blocks like the workbench and anvil assemble items instantly, while processing blocks such as forges and ore crushers convert items over time. Processing blocks continue operating while players are logged out, though at 50% efficiency.
Inventory Adjustments and Hotkeys
Item management receives several quality-of-life adjustments. Shift left-click grabs five items from a stack, Shift right-click takes half a stack, and Shift minus quick-drops an entire stack. Certain resources now stack within inventories to simplify gathering and housing construction. Specific items now drop into a private mini loot chest upon player death, which despawns just like standard lootbags.
Potions, Combat, and Bug Fixes
Upper-level potions grant special effects alongside baseline healing, crafted using new apothecary resources obtained by defeating specific bosses. Gumbo forest slimes now drop all jelly colors to ease lower-tier potion crafting. The patch introduces chat titles for ancient ruins and fixes sword strength scaling issues.
Why this patch matters
Patch v0.0.32 establishes core infrastructure for player homesteads and inventory management, though players should remain mindful of potential rollback warnings.
