inZOI v0.5.3 Update Adds Business Presets and Fixes Lecture Progression

Update v0.5.3 introduces 12 new business lot presets, improves food portioning, and fixes progression blockers tied to business tutorials and lectures.

The inZOI Team deployed hotfix v0.5.3 on January 9, 2026, bringing new business lot presets, major lecture fixes, and user interface corrections across PC and Mac platforms.

New Business Lot Presets

Twelve new business lot presets are available. Players will find five new presets for Dowon, six for Bliss Bay, and one for Cahaya.

Business and Lecture Fixes

Hired employee work schedules generate reliably during business operations, and items display correctly in sales counter slots. Lecture mechanics are also repaired: the Give Lecture interaction no longer cancels intermittently, course topics stop resetting after every lecture, and characters no longer stand frozen in place while listening. Business tutorial progression blockers and missing rewards for Business Prosperity aspiration missions are likewise resolved.

General Gameplay and CAZ Fixes

Large food items can be portioned properly for display or full meals. The 14 Jal Surya Putih business lot in Cahaya features a functional restroom to satisfy bladder needs. In Create a Zoi mode, applying presets no longer forces the age to Teen, and style preset uploads correctly include mod information.

Why this patch matters

Version 0.5.3 targets management loops, fixing broken business schedules, teaching interactions, and tutorial progression halts.
