inZOI Mini Update v0.11.0 Adds Modding Wizards and Simulation Tweaks
inZOI patch v0.11.0 brings Lua script mod support, custom graphics filter creation, and new character creation assets to Windows and Mac Steam versions. The update also refines holding hands animations, automated restaurant roles, and NPC household behaviors.
KRAFTON has released version v0.11.0 for inZOI on Windows and Mac Steam. This feature-heavy mini update introduces robust modding tools, editor wizards, simulation refinements, and expanded character creation options.
Modding Tools and Script Support
Modders can now implement Lua scripts through the ModKit script editor, utilizing LLM integration via the in-game Model Context Protocol for natural language command processing. Custom graphics filters are now selectable within the game, accompanied by sample assets for business display stands, vehicles, and a swimming tube. New import features include automatic LOD generation for character skeletal meshes and Nanite transparency warnings for custom body and head meshes. Mod management tools now allow custom names for installed mods, toggleable overlay UI mods, and safer load order configurations.
Create a Zoi and Build Mode
Character creation expands with new hairstyles, facial hair options, makeup presets, themed and regular outfits, accessories, and poses. Household relationships and preferences can now be adjusted directly within the creation suite. In Build Mode, basement walls are now editable, while new cheats allow free positioning and scaling of objects via EnableFreeEditMode. Door permissions can be set independently for household members, and first aid items can be placed in homes to cure diseases.
Gameplay and Restaurant Automation
Applying premium restaurant templates automatically assigns employees to relevant roles and fills missing positions with new hires, while business templates can now be reset without selling the property. A limited-time Dinkum bundle adds a T-shirt and PC interaction. Cheats feature full auto-complete suggestions, and a first-person view is available while swimming underwater or surfing.
Simulation and Social Improvements
Holding hands animations are updated so lagging Zois catch up and umbrellas are automatically put away during the interaction. Social events now progress faster and only begin once all invited participants arrive at their designated locations rather than waiting at the entrance. Unique NPC households feature revised descriptions, appearances, and traits, though these full household changes require starting a new save file to take effect.
Why this patch matters
Patch v0.11.0 significantly expands creator capabilities with advanced modding editors and LLM integration while polishing everyday simulation behaviors like holding hands and restaurant management.
