inZOI Major Update v0.9.0 Adds Active High Schools and Clothing Stores
Version v0.9.0 introduces active high school gameplay, clothing store management, vehicle physics improvements, and expanded baby interactions to inZOI.
Update v0.9.0 brings a substantial wave of new simulation features to inZOI on Windows PC and Mac Steam, led by active high schools, business management options, and physics adjustments.
Active High Schools and Student Life
High school properties are now active in Dowon, Bliss Bay, and Cahaya. Teenagers can enroll, attend scheduled classes across subjects like science and art, take Thursday tests, and face warnings or expulsion for poor grades. Students can join clubs, participate in proms, vote for Prom King and Queen, and attend graduation ceremonies. Transfer requests can be managed via the school phone app.
Business Management and Vehicles
Players can establish clothing stores using mannequins to sell outfit combinations alongside seven exclusive items. Hair salon mechanics now retain hair colors on failed cuts and feature three new hairstyles. Vehicles can now perform U-turns, be driven by family members, and utilize the mini-map as GPS navigation. Advanced Driving Mode introduces tuned handbrakes, suspension physics, and body roll.
Simulation and Social Interactions
Ragdoll physics now apply to car crashes. Zois can sit on chairs from both directions and remain seated while performing new interactions on sofas or beds. Romantic systems feature new philandering and single-hearted traits, allowing Zois to attempt talking their way out of cheating penalties. Babies feature expanded newborn traits, sickness mechanics, high chairs, and eight new feeding interactions.
Build Mode and Modding Tools
Build mode adds 17 European antique furniture pieces, 12 build objects, 115 school interaction objects, and vehicle jump ramps. Shoulder view now displays all floors by default with an expanded field of view. Mod support expands to include overlay UI modding, MetaHuman body assets, and an in-game CurseForge browser paired with CLO Connect integration for direct downloads.
