inZOI Hotfix v0.2.5 Fixes Pregnancy Bugs, Freezes, and NPC Schedules

Version v0.2.5 of inZOI resolves critical save file freezes, pregnancy progression blockers, and free camera lockups.

Hotfix v0.2.5 is live for inZOI with build version 20250701.5443.W. This update addresses high-priority bugs affecting save loads, character behavior, and household management.

Save Files and Progression

A fix resolves an issue where Zois could become unresponsive after loading a saved game. Another fix targets saves where pregnant Zois failed to give birth; these specific files revert the pregnancy state to pre-pregnancy, and players may need to reconfigure affected gender identity settings. Newborn babies now correctly appear in the family list when moving a pregnant Zoi via Edit City in new games.

Gameplay and Interaction Adjustments

Personal interactions receive updates with new conditions, emotional rewards, and autonomous behavior improvements. A bug where NPCs skipped work when the timeSpeed cheat was active is resolved. Camera controls no longer lock up when players repeatedly click to enter Free Camera mode during Zoi control.

Character and Stability Fixes

Random crashes occurring during save file loads or family switching are fixed. In character creation, duplicate boy hairstyles are removed, and genetic generation for newborn facial features produces natural results.
