inZOI Hotfix v0.1.4 Adjusts Aging, Sleep, and Karma Rates
inZOI Hotfix v0.1.4 adds an age adjustment feature, reduces excessive sleep durations, and slows down autonomous Karma and relationship progression rates. The patch also ensures Zois eat immediately after cooking and fixes pregnancy and interaction queue bugs.
inZOI hotfix v0.1.4 addresses pacing and behavioral issues across the simulation, tweaking sleep duration, Karma shifts, and relationship speed to align better with standard gameplay flow.
Pacing and Simulation Tweaks
An age adjustment feature is now available via settings for both player-controlled and other Zois. Sleep durations have been reduced to prevent Zois from sleeping for excessively long periods that disrupted time flow. Autonomous Karma changes now occur at a slower rate to prevent frequent mood swings, and relationship points accumulate more slowly for directly controlled families.
Routine and Interaction Fixes
Zois now eat food immediately after finishing cooking. The Give Birth interaction no longer fails when the interaction queue is full, and pregnancy visuals now display properly for Zois with reduced abdominal body shapes. A bug preventing birth if a divorce occurred during the pregnancy test stage has been corrected for newly created saves, and emotional buffs no longer persist past their expiration times.
System and UI Improvements
Canvas uploads now trigger a detailed error code popup displaying file information when failures occur. Toast messages now appear when the family tree is inaccessible, and JSON object creation errors during save loading now display proper error popups.
Why this patch matters
Hotfix v0.1.4 smooths out erratic simulation behaviors like oversleeping and rapid mood swings, resulting in a more predictable and manageable daily loop.
