Hunt: Showdown 1896 Update 2.1.0.2 rolls out critical fixes for startup crashes, missing Bomb Lance custom ammo unlocks, and a bug that limited Rotjaw token drops.

Crytek has released Update 2.1.0.2 for Hunt: Showdown 1896, targeting stability issues, weapon unlocks, and boss rewards across live servers.

Crash Fixes and Boss Corrections

The patch resolves a startup crash that ranked among the top three most frequent client crashes on the live version. A rare crash affecting dedicated servers has also been fixed. In-game, a bug that caused the target Rotjaw to drop only one bounty token instead of the intended two has been corrected.

Weapons, Exploits, and UI Fixes

Players who previously unlocked custom ammo for the Bomb Lance can now properly equip it. The update fixes an iron sight misalignment on the Frontier 73C Silencer and its skins, and patches an exploit that let players mantle onto Dark Sight dynamite to climb to unintended areas. Menu adjustments also prevent accidental weapon skin purchases.
