Patch 1.2.0 for Fountains introduces full Simplified Chinese language support translated by Huang Shuyuan Teng. The update also fixes boss battle triggers, music timing errors, and pet particle spam.

Language and Level Design

Full Simplified Chinese language support is live in the game. A minor level design tweak increases the likelihood that players will encounter the Guard Dog.

Boss and Companion Fixes

Several bug fixes address unintended behavior during encounters. Developers resolved issues where certain bosses could be attacked before fights started, fixed music timing errors during boss battles, and stopped Ricard from appearing too early near the temple. Pets no longer spam smoke particles when players are teleported away, and a visual bug in Retreat of the Old Believers has been corrected.
