Final Fantasy XIV Online Patch 7.2 Release Notes
Final Fantasy XIV Online Patch 7.2 arrives with the Seekers of Eternity storyline, the Recollection trial, and the Arcadion: Cruiserweight Division raid. Players can also test out updated group pose depth of field effects and the returning Borderland Ruins (Secure) Frontline map.
Patch 7.2 for Final Fantasy XIV Online launches under the banner of Seekers of Eternity. The update continues the main scenario following the Warrior of Light's meeting with the Queen of Reason as Alexandria faces mounting unrest. Alongside new narrative beats, the patch introduces fresh trials, raids, PvP map rotations, and camera tools.
New Raids and Trials
The update adds the Recollection trial for players to tackle. Raiders can also enter the Arcadion: Cruiserweight Division raid dungeon for fresh gear and challenges.
PvP and Features
The Borderland Ruins (Secure) map returns to the Frontline rotation. Group pose mode receives updates to its depth of field effects.
Future Content Schedule
Several features arrive in subsequent updates. Cosmic Exploration, Tool Enhancement Quests, and Cosmic Tools are scheduled for Patch 7.21. Mamool Ja Allied Society Quests, the Occult Crescent, Phantom Weapon enhancement quests, and Inconceivably Further Hildibrand Adventures arrive in Patch 7.25.
