Fields of Mistria patch v0.13.2 fixes multiple game crashes tied to extended crafting and animal spawns. The update also introduces Lava Caves furniture, wider essence pickup ranges, and various quality-of-life adjustments.
Fields of Mistria patch v0.13.2 targets several persistent crashes and progression blockades. The update also refines quest clarity, inventory tooltips, and accessibility menus.
Crash Fixes
The update resolves three major crash triggers. Extended crafting sessions followed by entering the player house no longer crash the game. Viewing the Hayden Barn upgrade cutscene will no longer crash the title due to animal spawns blocking the Turn In Box. Unused pet cosmetics in save files, toolbars, or chests no longer crash the game, though affected items have been stripped from saves and must be recollected.
Quest and Gameplay Adjustments
The Procuring the Sealing Scroll questline directs players to speak with Balor after submitting materials to the Turn In Box. Animal Sprite Statues now lose Essence charge even if players skip entering the Large Barn or Coop on a given day. Casting the Summon Rain spell or viewing the Fire Seal cutscene during a winter blizzard no longer causes it to rain outside the Mines.
Quality of Life and Art
Essence particles feature an increased pickup range. The Main Menu accessibility page now indicates that Day Time Speed settings can only be adjusted in-game and apply after sleeping. Louis relationship UI photo, outfit preset arm displays, and the Narrows gryphon statue pop-in have been corrected. New furniture items and recipes have also been added to the Lava Caves biome, while Big Bell recipe tooltips no longer display health and stamina stats.
