False Hero Patch v26.10.2 Focuses on Combat Balance and Bug Fixes
False Hero receives patch v26.10.2, addressing combat balance, lock-on behaviors, and numerous map and progression bugs. The update also matches the demo build to the current game.
False Hero version 26.10.2 arrives as a focused maintenance update that tweaks combat parameters and resolves persistent progression and environment bugs. Alongside these fixes, the game demo receives an update to align with the main build.
Combat Adjustments
Focus regain from Repel Force increases from 20 percent to 30 percent. The hitbox size for the Passion earthquake kick is reduced, and tracking for ranged Pumping Vine projectiles is lowered.
Targeting and Movement Fixes
A fix resolves an issue preventing players from locking onto enemies exiting an idle state, such as Disposed Sacrifices in the Sacrificial Mound boss fight and Headless Angels dropping down. Combat Art cancellations no longer strip player control until another attack occurs.
World and Progression Corrections
Several out-of-bounds exploits and softlocks are closed. Players can no longer drive through the floor geometry using drill towers in the Temple of Birth or get stuck in moving stairs in the Temple of Hope. A platform is added to the top hallway of the first drill tower to prevent getting stuck.
Performance and Visual Cleanup
Frame drops when transitioning through rainy areas are eliminated. Dungeon maps now render correctly on low graphics settings, and a severe stutter triggered by standing inside specific colliders is fixed.
Why this patch matters
Patch v26.10.2 cleans up rough edges across False Hero by smoothing out collision errors, fixing progression blockers, and adjusting core combat stats.
