Echobreaker 1.1 Update Lowers Suite Requirements and Adds Fast Forward

Echobreaker version 1.1 reduces medal requirements for Suite B and Suite C unlocks and introduces a fast-forward input for level intros.

Upstream Arcade has released update 1.1 for Echobreaker, focusing on player progression adjustments and quality-of-life changes designed to speed up repeated runs.

Progression and Suite Requirements

Unlock thresholds for later suites are lowered to make campaign progression more accessible. Access to Suite B requires 3 Gold medals instead of 4, while Suite C requires 6 Platinum medals down from 8. These changes lower the barrier of entry for later courses while preserving higher ranks as optional goals.

Faster Restarts

A fast-forward input is now available for the intro sequence when starting a level. This addition cuts down waiting time between attempts, making it easier to grind out repeated runs and chase cleaner leaderboard times.

Why this patch matters

Update 1.1 makes Echobreaker smoother to progress through and faster to retry, addressing time-attack gameplay friction.
