Dwarven Realms Season 3 Chaos Week Fixes Patch
Dwarven Realms addresses massive damage bugs, skill tree exploits, and Fire Orbs balance during Chaos Week. Another character reset is anticipated within days.
Dwarven Realms deploys a major fixes patch for Season 3 Chaos Week, targeting a miscalculation that caused all players to deal double damage. Developers note that another character reset is likely coming soon due to the severity of these adjustments.
Combat Damage and Empowered Attacks
A pervasive bug that caused all players to deal double damage across every scenario is removed. Empowered Cyclone Frenzy now deals damage behind the player, and Empowered Blood Swirl receives its intended radius increase. Several Empowered attacks that incorrectly dealt damage to players are fixed, and Magical Slash now registers hits against targets correctly.
Skill Tree and Monogram Corrections
Unlearning skill nodes now correctly consumes gold, and players no longer keep Infuriated Health Blessings or gain Charged Defense Blessings without spending points. Blood Boil nodes now provide correct critical damage bonuses, while Blood Rage grants critical damage instead of critical chance. Monogram effects that failed to grant extra potion slots, health per highest stat, or armor per bloodlust stack now function as intended.
Fire Orbs Rebalancing
Fire Orbs receives direct adjustments alongside fixes to damage calculations and ability modifiers. Cooldown increases by 0.2 seconds, and the increasing intensity multiplier drops from 5% to 3%. The Mini Orbs modifier damage multiplier is reduced to 20% of total Fire Orbs damage, and the Explode modifier explosion damage drops to 65% of total damage with fixed extra tick scaling.
World, Stance, and Quality of Life Fixes
Enemies no longer spawn underground in new Harmonian maps or stop attacking players in Massadin maps. Hurricane Havoc now triggers offhand attacks properly, early game spears stance mastery scaling is removed, and fossil gems picked up with a full inventory are no longer lost. Offline characters can now respec properly.
Why this patch matters
This patch re-centers the game economy and combat math after a wildly overtuned opening week, though players must brace for an impending reset.
