Dwarven Realms Season 1 Update Fixes Minor Bugs and Reworks Maps

Dwarven Realms delivers a community-focused patch for Season 1, featuring a rework of the Cathedral of Fire map, performance improvements for Static Charge, and numerous bug fixes.

A new patch for Dwarven Realms arrives with a focus on resolving community-reported bugs, smoothing out interface elements, and rebalancing map layouts and encounter locations.

Map Reworks and Encounter Adjustments

The Cathedral of Fire map receives a complete rework. Offhand locations for burning shield, energy displacement, and spinning blades move to rupture 7, while AA, Zelkor Mages, and lightning totems relocate to rupture 5. Chain lightning encounters populate rupture 17. Misplaced slugs are removed from the Olympus endgame boss map, and containers no longer spawn inside interactables at the end of ruptures.

Combat and Ability Fixes

Performance for the Static Charge ability is enhanced. Targeted fixes resolve issues where the Burning Shield's explosive modifier failed to function correctly, the Earthquake floor indicator vanished, and the Shadow Slice attack dealt unintended extra damage. The Mini Dash bug is fixed, and player attacks properly clear upon death rather than persisting.

Interface and World Quality of Life

The crafting interface highlights missing crafting resources in red. Missing interaction texts are corrected, and an issue preventing Cave Crushers from dying when falling through the floor is resolved.

Why this patch matters

This Season 1 update cleans up persistent minor pain points across interfaces, combat mechanics, and map generation to create a smoother endgame experience.
