Diviner Patch v2 Overhauls Enemy Stamina and Updates UI Controls

Diviner Patch v2 restructures enemy stamina to limit actions based on movement and stamina consumption. The update also removes the R button recall shortcut, adds settings toggles for tooltips and VSync, and addresses several UI and weapon bugs.

Patch v2 for Diviner brings a fundamental restructuring to how enemies manage stamina and execute actions, alongside interface adjustments and bug fixes.

Enemy Stamina Mechanics

Enemies now operate on a revamped stamina system where every 5 stamina grants one action. Most opponents hold between 5 and 10 stamina, while a few possess 10 to 15. Movement costs stamina, which can reduce available actions depending on travel distance. If an enemy exhausts all stamina during movement, they retain a 50 percent chance to perform a single action. Additionally, enemy attack choices are now weighted against spent stamina, making powerful strikes less frequent when reserves are low.

Interface and Control Adjustments

The R button shortcut for recall has been removed; recall is now exclusively performed through the focus menu. Skill descriptions now display both base and modified costs. The settings menu adds a tooltips toggle, a status codex explaining game statuses, and a VSync toggle. Text size has been increased across all UI description boxes and tooltips, and a bug causing the Tab button to highlight an invisible box has been resolved.

Equipment and Collision Fixes

Opening the Engraver Menu now provides a default weapon automatically. Players can no longer unequip their only equipped weapon, and an exploit allowing weapon repairs without a weapon equipped has been fixed. A handful of collision bugs have also been addressed.

Why this patch matters

Patch v2 makes enemy behavior more predictable based on movement distance and resource management while cleaning up long-standing UI and inventory quirks.
