Delta Force Update Brings Valentine's Events and Sineva Balance Tweaks
Delta Force gets a new update featuring Valentine's Day events, weapon bundles, and operational balance changes for Sineva.
Delta Force receives a zero-downtime update that rolls out limited-time Valentine's Day events, store additions, and adjustments to operator Sineva's EOD Set and gadgets.
Operator Balance and Gadgets
Sineva receives major adjustments to his EOD Set in Operations. Overall damage reduction drops from 50% to 30%, while front explosive damage reduction on the blast shield increases from 35% to 50%. The cooldown drops from 90 seconds to 60 seconds. Stamina recovery steadily decreases while the EOD Set is equipped, falling to 75% after 10 seconds, 50% after 20 seconds, and 10% after 45 seconds. Equipping or removing the set now has an increased sound transmission range of 50 meters, footsteps are louder while shielded, sprint speed is slightly reduced, and shield bash stamina cost rises from 40 to 50. Shield bash damage scaling against vest levels 0 through 6 is adjusted to 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, and 10. Additionally, the Grapple Gun has an increased hitbox, a more visible warning signal, and a louder charge sound effect. The Razor Wire Grenade now requires 30 explosive damage to destroy instead of 20.
Seasonal Events and Rewards
Several events run from February 14 to February 20. The Valentine's Day Mission features 24/7 Blitz and rewards including the Taste of Love Avatar and Cupid's Arrow items in exchange for Haavk Employee IDs. Warfare and Operations Weekly Supplies offer EXP tokens, Merit Cards, and supply packs. The Expert Choice event lets players claim the Vector Submachine Gun, while the Tekniq Alloy Store offers Quantum Keys and Armament Vouchers. A new Beloved bundle featuring AUG, M249, and M14 skins is available for 1,500 Delta Coins or Delta Tickets.
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
The update resolves system tutorial errors, gadget glitches that allowed operators to enter unintended areas on Layali Grove and Knife Edge, and environmental sticking issues in Brakkesh. It also fixes Sineva network interaction bugs, Vyron tactical equipment perspective issues, incorrect bullet trajectory judgments when Sineva is downed, and a phase switch error in Space City. Other fixes address falling through the map in Shafted, full-body emote display issues at extraction, universal low ammo alerts, and vest or med kit menu access in Hot Zone. Hand effects for Hackclaw and AR 60-round magazine reload effects receive visual optimizations.
Why this patch matters
This update balances Sineva's combat longevity and defense while packing in a week of themed rewards and store additions.
