Deadshot Update 1.1.0 Improves Controller Support and Performance

Deadshot Update 1.1.0 adds gamepad tooltips, enhances UI navigation, and rebuilds the game with IL2CPP for better performance and a smaller file size.

Deadshot receives a utility and performance update that addresses gamepad navigation issues, UI clarity, and internal engine compilation. Version 1.1.0 applies across both the main game and its updated demo build.

UI and Controller Improvements

Tooltips display correctly when using a gamepad. Dropdown menus no longer break scrolling functionality when selecting the final item with a controller. Players can navigate directly to the paper scrollbar, and the button selection color is more distinct. On the death screen, the restart button text changes to "Restart Level" for clarity. Tutorial and objective UI elements disappear reliably, and power core doors feature added text.

Bug Fixes and Performance

Level progression errors are resolved, including a fix for a malfunctioning objective in C1L1 and non-interactable doors in C3L4. Players can no longer toggle the flashlight while dead. The "What are you gonna do about it?" achievement no longer unlocks incorrectly when an enemy remains unstunned. The game is built using IL2CPP, which reduces installation size on disk and improves overall runtime performance.

Why this patch matters

Update 1.1.0 targets quality-of-life frustrations for controller users while delivering a cleaner technical foundation through IL2CPP migration.
