Deadshot Demo Patch v2 Fixes Uncrouch Bug and Boosts Shotgun Damage

The second Deadshot demo patch addresses movement locks, improves explosive range, and increases shotgun damage. Players will also find more pickups and clearer objectives in later levels.

Deadshot has received its second demo patch, targeting key movement frustrations and balance adjustments. The update corrects a progression block involving doors powered by the core and restores standard uncrouch functionality.

Combat and Movement Fixes

Players can now uncrouch reliably without getting stuck. Shotgun damage has seen a slight increase to make close-range encounters more reliable, and explosion ranges are larger. Enemies that wake up via sound or range checks now also properly verify if the player is in sight before reacting.

Level Design and Item Adjustments

Levels two and three now feature additional pickups for players to find. The two fuse slots on the second level are easier to spot. A bug where core-powered doors remained closed upon loading a saved game has also been fixed alongside other small improvements.

Why this patch matters

This patch solves several frustrating progression bugs and provides a smoother experience through the early levels.
