Craftopia Alpha Update Adds Inferno Volcano Biome and Age of Gods Era
Craftopia receives an alpha-unstable update introducing the Inferno Volcano biome, the Age of Gods era, and the giant Inferno Whale boss. Players need heat-resistant gear for the new region, while the dungeon arrives at a later date.
The latest Craftopia alpha-unstable update brings major content additions, including a scorching new biome, a fresh progression era, and a towering boss encounter. Because this build runs on the unstable branch, players are advised to back up save data before participating.
New Regions and Progression
The Inferno Volcano biome is now open for exploration. This region is hotter than the Unnefell Desert, requiring players to equip heat-resistant gear to survive. A dungeon for the biome will release later. Alongside the zone, the Age of Gods era is available, unlocking new items for crafting.
Boss Encounter
The Inferno Whale boss joins the game in this build. Players can lure the living weapon to hunting grounds, shoot it down with a giant chain-type binding bullet, climb its back, and destroy its three spines.
Why this patch matters
This alpha update expands late-game activities with a demanding new environment and a complex boss fight, though players should expect rough edges while testing unstable content.
