Counter-Strike 2 Update Refines Crosshairs and Fixes Clipping
Valve has deployed an update for Counter-Strike 2, introducing crosshair customization options, a static quadrant style, and various map clipping fixes.
Counter-Strike 2 has received an update focused on crosshair customization and map adjustments. Players now have access to a new static quadrant crosshair style, crosshair outline color settings, and negative gap support for classic dynamic crosshairs.
Crosshair Options and Share Codes
The update expands player control over aiming reticles. Crosshair share codes now include scope dot scale and color preferences, while code formatting has changed to accommodate the new settings. Additionally, alpha increments for classic dynamic crosshairs are set to 0.01.
Gameplay and Map Adjustments
Insta-smokes are now available with freeze-time grenade crosshairs enabled by holding any grenade attack button. Weapon inaccuracy and spread visualization has been fixed. The patch also addresses various clipping issues across Rush maps.
