Brawlhalla Patch 9.05 Brings Guardians Crossover and Weapon Tweaks
Brawlhalla Patch 9.05 adds the Guardians event, interface upgrades, a 3-player free-for-all mode, and weapon balances.
Brawlhalla Patch 9.05 launches with a major crossover event, new inventory favorites support, and a competitive balance pass targeting weapon recoveries and follow-up attacks.
Guardians Crossover and Events
The Guardians event introduces store bundles for Hunter, Warlock, and Titan classes containing Epic Crossovers, a Gjallarhorn cannon skin, and three exclusive Ghost companions. Landing 100 knockouts unlocks the Traveler's Tricorn avatar. A 3-player free-for-all mode tasks players with scoring points through knockouts. The Bloomhalla 2025 celebration starts on April 16 with items such as the Elvenhollow Imugi skin.
Quality of Life and Interface
Players can now equip companions on any Legend or Crossover via the podium-side Companion Picker, or select no companion. Inventory favorites support pins loading frames, UI themes, and victory or defeat emotes for random match rotation.
Weapon Balance Adjustments
Blasters gain increased stun on light attacks. Chakram aerial attacks feature reduced movement speed, alongside force adjustments for Fused and Split modes. Gauntlets side air has a slower time to hit and higher miss recovery. Greatsword openings face delayed cancel windows on miss, while Hammer attacks gain increased damage across neutral and side inputs. Katars receive damage reductions on multiple light and air strikes. Rocket lance shifts power from aerials to ground neutral force, and Sword attacks across the board incur higher recovery on miss.
Legend Signature Tweaks
Azoth, Ember, Lord Vraxx, Magyar, Nix, Ragnir, and Sir Roland receive damage and force boosts on select signatures. Priya enters legal tournament play alongside adjustments to her Chakram and Sword recoveries. Ulgrim's axe and rocket lance signatures face reduced reward to curb team mode performance.
