Brawlhalla Patch 9.03 Adds Legend Priya and Chakram Weapon
Brawlhalla Patch 9.03 introduces the new Legend Priya, the Chakram weapon type with mode-swapping mechanics, and graduated test features like Hold-to-Dodge. The update also lays the groundwork for the upcoming Valhallentines 2025 event.
Patch 9.03 brings major additions to Brawlhalla, headlined by a brand-new fighter and weapon class. Alongside Priya and her divine Chakram, the update promotes long-standing test features to all queues and rolls out dozens of bug fixes.
New Legend and Weapon
Priya joins the roster with 4 Strength, 6 Dexterity, 5 Defense, and 7 Speed, wielding a Sword and the new Chakram weapon. The Chakram introduces a mode-swapping mechanic activated via Down Light, toggling between a fused single blade and a split dual-bladed form. Each mode has unique light attack variations. Three skins are available at launch alongside goldforged variants, and the Asgardian Chakram skin is auto-granted to previous Collector's Pack owners.
Test Features Graduate
Hold-to-Dodge and Sentinel's Side Hammer charge variant have left test features and are now live in all matchmaking queues. Hold-to-Dodge lets players press and hold the dodge button during hitstun to execute an escape on the earliest possible frame. Sentinel's Side Hammer now features a charged variant that performs a longer-range double swing when held past a brief duration.
Upcoming Events and Store Updates
The Valhallentines 2025 event begins on February 12, running until February 25. Players can choose between Sweet and Sour factions to earn influence, individual contribution titles, and animated avatars for the winning team. Three new store bundles arrive alongside seasonal emoji skins, the Secret Admirer Orion skin, and the Lovestruck 2025 podium.
Missions, UI, and Quality of Life
New achievements and daily missions tied to Chakram progression and specific combat feats have been added. Mallhalla introduces a Try It button that loads characters directly into Training Mode. Localization updates improve Turkish text accuracy across Xbox and PlayStation platforms.
